Tim Cook is a recognized leader in the field of IT Financial Management (ITFM) and FinOps, with a proven track record of advancing cost transparency, automation, and operational maturity in technology finance. Mr. Cook was the Founder and CEO of BluLogix, a leading Chargeback and Subscription SaaS platform utilized by the largest publicly traded resellers in tech, with hundreds of billions in complex transactions monthly. Tim was instrumental in the development of enterprise-grade monetization platforms that helped organizations unify billing, provisioning, and cost management across complex environments. As a founding contributor to the FinOps Foundation’s FOCUS specification, Tim has played a critical role in shaping how enterprises adopt and scale financial operations in the cloud era.
